Alisha founded and incorporated Satori in 2006. Her experience in building, leadership, and business development plus her passion for streamlining projects, collaborative efforts, and sustainability sets the tone for Satori’s company values. Growing up in the construction business and working alongside her father specifically in the hotel renovation and construction arena since 1999, Alisha brings a talent for proactively identifying and resolving issues. Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity, and initiative to achieve company goals, she strives to always strengthen Satori’s foundation.
Chief Operations Officer
Responsible for directing all operations of Satori in the areas of project management, safety, quality assurance and employee culture, Don is a 21-year veteran entrepreneur and talented leader in the hospitality construction and renovation industry. A key component of Satori’s vision: “a workforce culture to be admired” is achieved under Don’s direction, as his talent lies in employee development. His proven track record and commitment to finishing projects on time has supported Satori’s continuous and steady growth since 2009. His passion for people drives him and an obsession with biking keeps him always moving.
VP of Construction
With a current position as VP of Construction, Tate’s strengths encompass unmatched expertise in hospitality construction. Bringing more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, he has held numerous leadership positions while expertly managing projects that range from hospitality, residential homes, multi-family apartments, sizeable multi-million dollar commercial projects and hospitals. With strong client relationships as his focus, Tate is responsible for strategic planning, risk management, and operational decisions.

With more than four decades of experience, Scott brings a comprehensive understanding of the construction business as Satori’s Senior Estimator. His immense attention to detail and an in-depth knowledge in communications with subs and suppliers is the foundation of Satori’s client relations and project management services. Working with clients to establish scope and preliminary budgets, he brings value engineering experience with a focus on quality and integrity.
Growing up with a father in commercial construction was how Amanda got started in numbers. At the age of 14, after taking college accounting classes, she took over his business accounting. She then earned a Bachelors in Accounting and MBA in Management, both with honors. With 20 years’ experience of construction industry accounting and job costing from working with “Mom and Pop” to 100-million-dollar companies, Amanda’s core values of hard work and family align with Satori’s.
Business Development Director
David joined Satori in 2019, as our Business Development Director. He comes to us with more than 25 years of business development experience in many industry segments. What sets David apart is his sincere desire to see others achieve their goals and objectives. He does this by taking an active “partnering” / “trusted advisor” role with the people, project, or process. One of his favorite quotes: “Each day, practice what you learned in Kindergarten”. During his off hours you’ll find him working around his Alpaca farm or spending time with family and friends.
